Yesterday and today have been way better for me.
I think I know what happened last week though - I got my period last night. The week before I menstruate I am FAMISHED! So that's why I was eating so much and snacking like crazy!
But yesterday I regained control and ate:
Oatmeal with milk and bananaa for breakfast.
Chicken wrap for lunch made with Short Cuts and a low fat tortilla wrap.
Dinner was a paella recipe I found in Weight Watchers magazine.
Today was the same menu for breakfast and lunch. Not sure about dinner.
Tuesdays are always ridiculously busy for me. I have Weight Watchers from 5-6. I get home at 6:30. I have half an hour for dinner. Then 7 is my weekly 24 conference call. Then 8 is Idol on Fox and Biggest Loser on NBC.
Somewhere in all that I have to gather the garbage to go out. And then, tonight I have to get a load of work out clothes in the washer and dryer because I used my last pair of pants this morning and I have to get that done tonight!
I already skipped Sunday's workout and I don't want to skip any more this week.
Well, I have to go for now. Till tomorrow...
