So after a rather difficult weekend, I'm back in the saddle again.
And I had a nice loss today to show for it! 1.2!
But I know that's just b/c I lost the water retention from the take out food I ate Sunday night. No matter- I'll take it!
This morning I worked out with Jiggle Free Buns and FIRM Abs.
I like JFB a lot - it's a good workout and it really makes your quads burn. The Abs workout is okay - There's a lot of lower ab work that's hard for me because of my back - but I do the best I can.
For breakfast I had some plain yogurt, fiber one and blueberries.
For lunch, leftover cheeseburger pie from dinner last night. Found this one in this month's Weight Watchers magazine and it was delicious! DH loved it! (But he loves anything that has anything to do with cheeseburgers!)
For dinner tonight I still have a couple of lamb burgers left over so I'll reheat those before Idol comes on!
Counting down the days to vacation and trying to stay warm on this drizzly Tuesday.
