2 pounds! Yipee!
That's 5.6 down, 6 to go!
So, I broke down and bought a scale. Yeah, I know you can't be a slave to the numbers, but I think that if I had a scale around then the holidays wouldn't have been as bad as they were.
On a happier note, I have been keeping upw w/ working out and pretty much following program. Although I can tell you that today I am going to go over my points by 3. That's daily and flex included. But, that's okay b/c I lost two pounds!
