Weighed in this morning at 121.8 :o)
That's .8 away from my goal! Yipee!!! We shall see what this weekend brings though! LOL! A weekend at the beach!!! That has the makings of a calorie disaster!
So I've been working out regularly and I'm absolutely noticing a difference! Been using the 10 lb weights as my "heavy" and in the lower body workouts they are definitely getting easier! I will hopefully be ready for 12's by the fall!
In the upper body though - I still have a little way to go... although the 10's are getting easier, they are still a challenge to finish a set.
Food's been easier these days as well. I haven't been all that hungry these past few days - but I have been letting a little more sugar leak into the diet... I really wanted pancakes the other day! So I made a batch and I've been having those with fresh fruit for breakfast.
Lunch today was leftover burrito from last week. Not sure about dinner. I'll have to look through some magazines. We'll want to eat quick so that I can get out to southampton and pick up my Mini copper from the dealer.
Got a haircut today too. I wonder how many pounds that weighs? LOL! Nah, it was just a trim. I doubt it was enough to make a difference :P
