So yesterday I had some Chinese food for dinner. But, I decided I'd try to combat the usual 1 pound gain by chugging two bottles of water after dinner before I went to bed. I had to pee a couple of times and the pee was completely clear - but I stepped on the scale this morning and only gained .4
So, I wonder... If I had four bottles of water, would I not gain anything at all? Or, if I have two additional bottles of water today, will I shed that other .4?
Well, it's worth a try I guess!
So today I finished my pancake batter for breakfast today. Had it with a banana. Not sure about lunch yet. But maybe a burrito again...
Work out today will be a double cardio. First it's Rock Solid Cardio from the Wave system. Then, it's the Express Cardio option on Dangerous Curves. I've done that one before and believe me it's rough! It's a lot of high impact moves!! But it's awesome! I can't wait to work out!
I'll probably get to that in about a half hour or so. Then I have to go major food shopping for the beach this weekend. We are maybe staying both days so I'll need enough food for Friday, Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. We're bringing some friends with us on Friday - just for the day - they'll take the ferry home. And I think some other friends are staying the whole weekend as well... We'll see!
All in all, I'm really looking forward to this weekend. Ahhhhhhh... I love the beach!
