We only have 4 Minutes

To write this post!

Ah!

So it's Monday. A new week. A new start. A new opportunity.

Yesterday my plans were derailed by my DH - he needed some help with a project and that took me down to the boat instead of working out.  And then, by the time I got home, I was just really demotivated to do anything.

So I went back to the couch, read a few more chapters (actually finished the book last night - on to book 2!), and did nothing.  No workout, no laundry, no food shopping.

Today was different.  I got up at 5 and did Cardio Sculpt from FIRM - BSS 1.  And I made sure I had time to pack a light lunch.

Breakfast was oatmeal made with milk and a banana - and coffee of course!

So that's all the time I have this morning. Bell's gonna ring and I gotta teach!
