Winner! I'll take any loss on the scale as long as it's going down!
In other news - at my meeting (where the scale is anywhere from 3-4 pounds higher than my at home weigh ins) I'm only about .4 away from being able to call myself a "free" lifetime member! Whoo hoo!
Now I just need to stay on track to get there!
I did pretty good last week though even though it was a bit rough. We had yet another Nor'easter hit us and I was trapped in the house for about a day and a half with all the snow. And when I'm trapped in the house I have a tendency to snack. And then the snacking habit just carried over into the weekend.
It's not like I ate a pan of brownies. I just don't keep that sort of stuff around anymore. But a 3-point bag of chips here and a 2-point snack bar there... well, it all adds up quickly.
So Bless me Jean Nidetch for I have gone off program!
With all my snacking about I hit -28 points for the week! That's daily, weekly and fitpoints combined! (and I earned about 95 last week!). I had a ton of snacks on the snow days and just a ton of snacks in general over the whole week. I also ate two dinners one day (that's a whole other story!) and drank plenty of wine too. I ate Halo Top ice cream, goldfish crackers, pizza and Chinese food this week.
And yet I still LOST weight! Which just goes to show that Freestyle WORKS! And you CAN eat your weeklies and you CAN eat your Fitpoints and LOSE weight! This is a lifestyle! You can make it work!
So get out there and crush your week!
