are in a vegetable pannini?
It was a relatively small roll - no bigger than your average poppy hard roll at a deli - in fact, I'd say it was smaller. It had melted fresh mozzarella, but no more than a slice. And the veggies were definitely grilled in oil, but they weren't overly soggy...
Well, I looked it up online -I found an average of nutrition info ranging from 7 - 11 points. Based on what I think I ate and how I think it was prepared, I'm going with 9 points. Not too high, not too low.
But, I did use a lot of flex points yesterday and so I need to be very careful today and the rest of the week.
I've decided that Saturday night I'm not going to try and count calories or points. I'm just going to enjoy myself. But to be sure that it's not too insane I will track all my meals on Saturday except dinner and get right back on the wagon on Sunday.
I should also try to not use any flex points whatsoever the rest of the week... But I've already used 6.5. And I've only earned 5 activity points this week. I know that will be more. Hopefully I'll go walking tomorrow and kickboxing won't be cancelled on Friday.
We shall see...
As for today, I have 7.5 points left. I have to figure out something fast for dinner that I can make that only has about 7 points.
But Tuesdays are soooooo busy!!!!!!!!
Ugh. Well, it's the end of the school day and that means walker duty. Gotta run!
