So far each day this week I've dropped a bit. .2 here, .4 there - but it's in the right direction and that makes me happy!
Got home early yesterday and got my workout clothes in the wash so I could work out this morning - which I did! Supercharged Sculpt and Jiggle Free Abs. Not a huge calorie burn (260) but, as usual, I'm working on using the heavier weights.
This workout was rough. I haven't done it in a while and I defiinitely found it challenging to use the 10 lb. weights for the upper body work. I know that light weights would've made it too easy though, so I'm glad I heavied up.
As far as food today - one of my good friends invited me to a PTA fundraiser for her school, so I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner later. As a result I am being very careful with what I eat today.
If I eat everything I packed I will still have half my daily points left for dinner. If I can hold off on drinking the protein shake, then I'll have about 2/3 of my points left for dinner. Rock on \m/
Breakfast today was a Hungry Girl Egg Mug on a Thomas' Bagel Thin (LOVE these things!!! Only 1 point and they come in Everything flavor! Hello!).
Lunch is a half cup of FF yogurt w/ a half cup of blueberries and a half cup of Kashi GoLean cereal. I also have carrots, and a chocolate protein shake (if I'm hungry and I need it).
So that's that! My strategy for tonight is to fill up on veggies, avoid the bread, and hopefully dinner will be buffet style so I have a solid choice about what I eat. I don't remember what they did last year, if they did sit down or if they did buffet... Eh, we'll see.
Either way I WILL STAY ON TRACK!! Cause I have the power. Yup!
