Okay - so last night I went out with the girls - Dinner was no problem! Went to Chili's so I went to the website first, looked up my dinner and tracked before I left! Then when I got there, I stuck to my plan!
Also had two pomegranate margaritas that were really delicious!!! And I counted those points too ;o)
Breakfast today was oatmeal made with milk, a little low fat granola and a banana. None of that was low sugar - but I still have many packets of oatmeal left and I do want to use them up. So I try to have it only once a week so I can limit my sugar some but still get rid of them.
Not sure what lunch will be today...
Haven't gotten my workouts in yet - been a slow morning... Woke up late, ate breakfast, had a nice chat with my sister about Eclipse, now I'm tracking food and exercise and blogging... But I will be working out cardio and abs today.
Yesterday, I did cardio sculpt (Total Muscle Shaping) and heavied up on my weights. I could barely finish the sets at all... Yesterday my arms felt like jell-o, today - nothing. I feel fine! No soreness at all! Maybe it will hit me later - or tomorrow... I dunno...
So that's all I have for now. Looking forward to the weekend, watching the fireworks, and celebrating the fourth with friends and family!
