Soooooooooo Close!

To being free.

As of this morning we're talkin' .2 close :o)

It's so great to see the scale being my friend again. But then again, I know that Saturday will set me back.

That's okay.

I'm accepting it and moving on.

And trying really hard not to use anymore of my weekly flex points.

I used 7 on Monday - I didn't really plan ahead. I forgot we were eating out for lunch because of scoring. - and that's unfortunate.  I didn't use any flex points yesterday though.

I am going to try not to use any today either.  I have to find something to have for dinner that's about 7 or 8 points.  This way I don't have to use a flex point to have my snack with tea.

A 7 point dinner will also allow me to have a one point snack later this afternoon.  Some string cheese or something...

This morning got up early to work out - Cardio - Ultimate Calorie Blaster.  Burned 321 calories for 3 Activity Points.

So far this week - 8 activity points and roughly 860 calories of FIRM workouts.

Breakfast this morning was yogurt w/ Golean cereal and Strawberries.

Lunch is leftover tofu w/ Thai Curry Coconut Sauce - Yum :o)

And that's all for now.  Hopefully I'll walk today at lunch!!
