Kick Boxing Class

Kick boxed my ass!!!

LOL But that's a good thing!

We did this drill called 2:5 where you sprint across the room twice, then do 5 reps of whatever exercise you choose.  Squats, kicks, abs, pushups, whatever.  Then, you add two sprints and 5 more reps so you do 4 sprints and 10 reps, then 6 sprints and 15 reps... all the way up to 20 sprints and 50 reps.

So, I'm thinking "I'll work on my abs. Swimsuit season is comin up fast, that will be a good idea."

Yeah, 50 crunches is not a good idea!  But I did it! I finished the drill and I didn't die!

I don't feel it yet, but I find with Ab work my delayed muscle soreness takes about 2 days to show up, so I'll probably regret it tomorrow!

Saturday is my one rest day during the week.  So I'll be taking it easy today.  I have to drive out to the car dealer today - my car is coming off of lease in about 7 weeks and I need to talk to them about turning it in and ordering a new one.

I think I'm just going to finance it instead of lease again.  My only concern with financing is that I am buying a convertible, but I don't have a garage for it.  Leasing it for three years was no problem - the rag top held up just fine.  But to keep it out all winter long...

You know what the solution is? Move to So Cal! LOL

And the other thing I have to get up is my vacation photos!  But before I do that I wanted to partition my drive and put Windows on my MacBook.  I don't think it's hard, but they gave me all these warnings about backing up my stuff before I start and I don't have an external drive...  I probably should.  But I want to wait till DH wakes up and I can ask him what I should do.

So that's all for today.  My weight is continuing to creep down this week (yay!) So my new current low is lower than yesterday :)

I still have a way to go though - I was looking back at some of my old weigh in data from weightwatchers.com and I am still about 10 lbs away from where I was happiest.

How I let this happen I'll never know, but I am happy to be back in control now.
