UNDER 135!!!!!!!!
Even if it's only by .2 and even if I can't even hold onto it till tomorrow, I'll take it!!!
So, today was a good day food/exercise wise. I started my day w/ Speed Slimming Sculpt. After it was over I was like, oh, that was short so I threw in a 10 minute abs workout from BSS 3. Total of 2.5 activity points.
For breakfast I had yogurt, Fiber One (I'd rant about that but I got my rant out on the phone so I don't feel like doing it again but - NUTRASWEET??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????) and strawberries.
AM snack was an orange and lunch was left over mac and cheese (LAST one!!!!! Thank freakin God!!).
PM snack was light popcorn and I still have 9.5 points left for dinner. I'm thinking Chinese but if DH doesn't call soon I may have to start thinking about making something without him.
I am starting to get a little hungry...
So that's my scoop. Tomorrow was supposed to be kick boxing but I can't make it. I have to drive my mom to the doc and I don't know if I'll be back to the studio in time. That means I have to do something that will burn a LOT of calories.
I'm thinking bootcamp - I think that one burns 500 or more. Not quite the 650 I usually get @ kick boxing, but not too bad...
Wondering what to eat tomorrow...
I am hopeful that tomorrow gives another good day on the scale - but I am prepared to be disappointed. Especially if I have Chinese for dinner. Day to day a .2 - .8 gain is normal and to be expected. So I'm going to expect it. And if I'm pleasantly surprised, that will be nice. And if not - well, that's what I expected.
Still... I must admit I am a little excited ;o)
